DataClaim does not charge any advance payment for using our services and our work is based on a “Win Win” basis, that means we only get our commission in case your claim is successful. Our commission is typically deducted from the data compensation payout.
You can find all information about our fees in our Price List. In most cases, we will withhold our service fee from the compensation payout.
In case you have a legitimate claim and company or organization is not responsive, we may take your case to court. We will deduct our fees only if we succeed. Total amount of our fees will not exceed half of the compensation amount.
DataClaim will take care of the entire claim process for you and bear all incurred out of pocket expenses, including lawyers and court fees. If the claim is not successful, we will not bill you anything.
No. DataCaim works on “no win, no fee” basis. If your case is not successful, you don't have to pay anything to us. We take all the risk from you and there are no upfront payments or hidden charges or other admin fees, as some may charge. This is DataClaim’s promise to you.
This means, we have the highest motivation to get you data compensation payout as fast as possible unlike traditional lawyers.
DataClaim does not charge any admin or processing fees. DataClaim will process payments in the most economically efficient way as possible to avoid any unnecessary fees. We can send compensation to you by bank telegraphic transfer or via alternative payment systems (TransferWise, PayPal or else). In either case, commission will be deducted from the data compensation payout, so you don’t need to worry about anything. We are not responsible for any charges of your bank, PayPal or other providers charges for check encashment or funds withdrawal.
